Leslie has always been a hot sleeper. She loves to sleep on the floor in her room and frequently we find her with no pajamas on. She was feeling sick and this was the only place that she would lay down and sleep - not even when I tried to rock her. She got off my lap and lay on the kitchen floor and finally slept. That floor must have felt nice and cool while she was running that fever.
All winter we wanted to take the kids sledding, but busy schedules kept getting in the way. Finally one day in March we hopped in the car and drove hoping to find a good sledding hill (there was not much snow left around home and town). We found this little spot and had a great day sledding.
