Camping - Memorial Day

Over Memorial Day we went to Josh's Grandpa's farm that is up above Heise. It was a weekend of rain four-wheelers, tractors, games and lots of food. It was pouring rain Friday when we got there and grandpa had to use the caterpillar to pull a few of the campers and motor homes out of the mud. We took my nephews Kyler and Max with us to spend some time with a couple of Josh's cousins.

Adam did better about staying out of the water this year, but made up for it in wandering and climbing. If he wasn't following one of the dogs, he was trying to get up on the tractors, four-wheelers, or lawn mowers. He even made it up to the top of one of the motor homes. Sorry - I didn't stop to get a picture before I climbed up to get him down.

We also made reverse-dye shirts.

Thanks to Aunt Lainie the boys had lots of fun skits for us to watch.

Max, Landon, and Adam enjoying licorice in the motorhome as we try to escape from some rain.

Lots of good food to enjoy.

Other fun pics.

Looks like you guys had a lot of fun! Glad it didn't rain too much and spoil your time up there.

Despite the rain, I'm sure you made lots of fun memories! It looks beautiful--nice and green! See you in a while!
